Sunny Double Room in Stylish Home – Amazing Transport Links from Norwood Junction.

We have a lovely, sun-filled double room available for a single occupant in our contemporary three-bedroom home. We are a gay couple looking for a like-minded, open-minded housemate to share our space (LGBTQ+ or allies welcome!).

The Location & Commute
The house is less than a 10-minute walk to Norwood Junction, a fantastic overground hub with incredible direct links:

• London Bridge: 12 mins
• Farringdon: 20 mins
• Canada Water: 22 mins
• Shoreditch High St: 25 mins
• Victoria: 35 mins

The House
• Living Space: A beautiful, contemporary home with an open-plan lounge/kitchen and a fabulous garden. We only rent out one room, so you will only be sharing with us.

• Facilities:

One shared bathroom (located on the ground floor) and a separate utility room.

Kitchen & Utility: To keep the open-plan living area peaceful, we have a 9:00 PM cutoff for cooking in the main kitchen. However, the utility room is a fully equipped secondary space available for any late-night requirements.
• Utility Appliances: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Dishwasher, Two air fryers, bean-to-cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and kettle.

• Parking: Free on-road parking.

Our Resident Dog
We have a small, friendly, and hypoallergenic Cavapoo. He is very well-behaved, but because of him, we are ideally looking for a housemate without other pets.

Rental Details
• Bills: All bills are included (including Council Tax).

• Flexibility: We are open to a full 7 days or a Monday–Friday only let, and this is an option at a reduced rate. Please enquire if this interests you.
