Sun-filled double room available for a single occupant in our contemporary three-bedroom home. We are a gay couple looking for a like-minded, open-minded housemate to share our space (LGBTQ+ or allies welcome!).

The House
• Living Space: A beautiful, contemporary home with an open-plan lounge/kitchen and a fabulous garden. We only rent out one room, so you will only be sharing with us.

Facilities:
- Shared bathroom, Newley decorated.

Kitchen & Utility:
- Utility Appliances: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Dishwasher, Two air fryers, bean-to-cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and kettle.

Parking:
- Free on-road parking.

Our Resident Dog
- We have a small, friendly, and hypoallergenic Cavapoochon. He is very well-behaved, but because of him, we are ideally looking for a housemate without other pets.

Rental Details
- Bills: All bills are included (including Council Tax).

Flexibility:
- Short or long term (min 3 months)
- We are open to a full 7 days or a Monday–Friday only let, and this is an option at a reduced rate. Please enquire if this interests you.
