You'll have full access to a large, sunny south-facing garden; large family bathroom and stylish kitchen/dining room.
Perfect for commuters - Norwood Junction station (10 mins walk) is possibly the best station in South London...
Very fast 12-minute direct train to London Bridge comes v regularly; London Overground ('hipster line') services for SE and East London; direct train to Victoria; Thameslink; and 40 minutes direct train to Gatwick.
There are buses up the road to Crystal Palace, or to Brixton further afield. Or nearby Harrington Rd tram stop for going in the other direction to Wimbledon.
Norwood Junction has great cafes, pubs and restaurants -- and the big ALDI is useful too. There is also a smaller tesco and sainsbury's within 1-2 mins walk.
Sandown Road is very quiet and peaceful - it is in a Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN), and it's also a one-way street.
The house is also peaceful. It's meant as a place of respite for anyone living here, and your peace and privacy will be respected. If you're looking for a lively, 'party' household, it wouldn't fit the bill. Something to note is you have a TV in your room provided, because we don't use the dining room (communal area) for watching TV.
