Yours is the largest bedroom in the house and has 2 windows. Sandown Road is a lovely, peaceful street. 10 mins walk from Norwood Junction Station, and 20 seconds from the amazing Country Park right next door.

Norwood Junction station has a 12-minute direct train to London Bridge which comes v regularly; London Overground (Windrush Line) services for SE and East London; a direct train to Victoria; Thameslink to Blackfriars/KingsCross etc; and a 40-min direct train to Gatwick.

Great leisure centre with gym/swimming pool/classes at the end of the road -- yoga studio next to Norwood Junction station.

Norwood Junction also has great cafes, pubs and restaurants -- and the big ALDI is useful too. There is also a smaller tesco and sainsbury's within 1-2 mins walk.

You'll have loads of your own cupboards in the kitchen, 2 private shelves in the fridge and a one private drawer in the freezer. Access to a large, sunny south-facing garden and large family bathroom.

I am looking for someone who:

- Is a cat person and is willing to help look after my lovely cat Nala if I'm travelling for work. We have an auto feeder so this isn't much.. but I don't want her to be lonely if I'm not there :)
- Works in-office or hybrid
