We have a spacious, furnished double bedroom with its own private en-suite available in our four-bedroom family home.

The bedroom is on the top floor of the house, giving you a good degree of privacy and your own space away from the main family areas. The house has a bright kitchen and a garden, both of which you would be welcome to use.

We are a friendly professional couple with two young sons. The boys are at school/nursery during the day, so the house is generally quieter during working hours, but they are of course around in the mornings, evenings and at weekends. We're looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family home and would like a relaxed, friendly place to live rather than a busy house share.

We're ideally looking for a **female professional lodger** who is clean, considerate and respectful of a family home. We'd be particularly suited to someone who works in London and wants a comfortable base with good transport links.

The room is available for £775 pcm inclusive of bills.
