I have a double room and bathroom available to rent from September! Part of a 3bed 2bath split-level apartment, it can be offered furnished or unfurnished.

Full time rent: £1,050 pcm, bills included.
Couple: £1250
Mon-Friday: £750
Deposit required: 1month
Location: 5-7 min walk from Norwood Junction station (lines into London Bridge, St Pancras, Victoria and East Croydon). Aldi is right next to the station. Parking available with a permit. Parks are a 10-25 min walk away, depending on which one.

You’d be living with me, Mariam. I’m 36, work as a BA and in the planning stages of building my own business. I love film and TV, reading, walks, brunch.

You’ll probably find me in my office or watching Netflix if I’m home. If it’s festival season, I’ll be outside. I love live music, film, and a good nature walk ☺️ I can be introverted, but I enjoy good conversation, ones with a little depth to them, you know?

I’d love to share with a professional in their 30s, who’s comfortable around Black and queer people, and respectful of shared spaces, someone looking for their own corner of peace with a sometimes social, sometimes introverted housemate.
