About the flat:
This is a split-level, three-bedroom apartment. You'd be sharing with me, Mariam — I'm 36, work as a Business Analyst, and I'm currently building my own consultancy on the side. I'm into film, TV, reading, walks, and a good brunch. I can be introverted, but I enjoy conversation that has a bit of depth to it. Looking for a professional in their 30s who's comfortable around Black and queer people, and respectful of shared space — someone happy with a housemate who's sometimes social, sometimes keeps to themselves.

Aldi is right by the station for anything you need day-to-day, and there's parking available with a permit. Parks are a 10-25 minute walk, depending on which one you're after.

Transport:
The property is a 5-7 minute walk from Norwood Junction station, with Southern services into London Bridge, St Pancras, and Victoria, plus East Croydon in the other direction. It's also about a 23 minute walk to Selhurst if you'd rather stretch your legs than take the train.
