My flat is brand new and super modern, with a lot of different public transport nearby. There is a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, all high spec.

The flat is super economical to run, I barely have needed the heating on and there are a lot of windows with plenty of daylight.

The building has a roof terrace and the neighbours are super nice.

Across the road there is a massive Sainsbury's, Portobello Road is 10 minutes walk away, Ladbroke Grove station is 10 minutes walk away.

I am looking for a girl or woman who is tidy and enjoys the odd night watching Netflix together, having friends over on a weekend, but is also happy to chill out alone a few nights a month.

I also have two cats, so you have to be a cat lover.

Your part of the bill is estimated to be £20 a month for electricity and gas unless you go crazy overusing either. All other bills are included.
