Joe (British) is mature chemistry student at Imperial Collage, Suprabath (India) is in his late 20ties and he is a researcher at Imperial Collage and Ophir (Israel) if in her early 20ties and she works in a famous local restaurant.

It is fully furnished with large wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair and double bed. It has lots of space and large south facing window overlooking quiet communal green area.

All bills including council tax, water, broadband, cleaner for communal area, gas and electricity come to £76pppm.

The flat is modern and bright and it is located on the 2nd floor of a nice block surrounded by green communal garden.

We are right on the edge of famous Notting Hill area, walking distance to Portobello Road Market, Ladbroke Grove Station, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.

We are walking distance to Imperial Collage and the closest tube is Ladbroke Grove.
