Double Room in lovely Notting Hill flat

Hi!

We have a double room with own balcony available from 1 Apr. The room is located in a 3bed 2bath duplex flat and we also have a lounge where we tend to hang out and chill together from time to time, but we also respect privacy :)

The rent is £650 - With all bills included (elec, gas, water, council tax and internet)

You would be sharing the flat with Robyn and Jo, who both are professional females. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy to join our household and make it an even better home.

The flat is located between Westbourne Park and Queens Park, so the commute is great from here and we also have a bus stop just right outside to Euston and more.

It's a direct let from the Landlord so no agents fees. The landlord is really tentative and we have a great communication.
