The flat is modern and bright and it is located on the 2nd floor of a nice block surrounded by green communal garden.
We have fully fitted kitchen with dining table, washer/drier and 2 fridges. We also have lots of storage.
There is separate bathroom and toilet and we share a balcony with a friendly neighbour.

All the bills including council tax, broadband, water, cleaner for communal areas and gas and electricity (up to £20pppm) are included

We are right on the edge of famous Notting Hill area, walking distance to Portobello Road Market, Ladbroke Grove Station, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.
