Beautiful place in Notting Hill. I am rarely there

Hi there, I live between London and Milan and I am looking to rent one of the 2 rooms in my flat.

This means that you will have the flat to yourself 90% of the time.

You have your own bathroom and the flat is super homely with lot's of luxury items you won't find in your typical rented flat.

It's a proper home!!

American fridge, Bose sound system, 55 inc TV with Chromecast, Nespresso coffee, Vitamix blender, and so on...

The building is super secure with fob access, lift and it's just 13 years old, so it's modern and well insulated from both weather and noise.

The area is very calm and you can see a beautiful garden just across the street.
It's 2 minutes walk from the famous Goldborne Road and Portobello Road (north side) so you have plenty of awesome restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and so on.

As mentioned, I am not there most times so pop me a message to arrange a video call. We can then find time to meet at the flat.
