Hi. I have a high spec spare room (with its own ensuite bathroom) in a beautiful garden flat. The flat is brand new, quiet and peaceful. The mature trees at the back mean you can sit outside with a cup of coffee/tea any time of the day and hear the birds.
I would like a tenant that is clean, quiet and respectful. If you like walking the dog even better! It is for single occupancy only. It's not a party flat. I like my home to be a calm and peaceful place to relax, unwind and be happy.

Bills are on top (heating, water, broadband, council tax and a cleaner)

The road is quiet and leafy.
The flat is 5 mins from Westbourne Park station, 7 mins from Ladbroke Grove and 10 mins to Notting Hill.

It is surrounded by trendy bars, pubs, gyms, coffee shops, world famous Ottolenghi and Daylesford Organic. Portobello Road is a 5 min walk and there are 5-6 gyms within a 5- 15 min walk.

My dog is very friendly and loves humans, treats and walks.
