Beautiful double room in Notting Hill

We live in a Colville Garden town house. One of the girls has sadly decided to go back to her life in Canada. So, we are now on the look for a new roommate. You will be living with myself, Rob and Jimena. We are looking for a full time, working in the office, FEMALE to balance out the house. Two guys & two girls. We are not excepting couples, pets or guys. Please only get in touch if you fit the criteria.

The move in date is October 15th. Located just a two-minute walk away from Portobello Road Market. It’s a perfect house share setup, with three stories, high ceilings, two bathrooms, three showers, it's bright, spacious, has lots of room, has its own dedicated laundry room, with washing machine + tumble dryer, space to hang cloths, a sitting room, nice open plan kitchen and we also have a spare room which is always kept free for our friends/family to stay in every so often.

A breakdown of your cost pm would be:

£1,195.00 pm (This includes - gas, electric, water, council and rent)
£8.50 pm for internet (100mb fibre optic)
£11.25 pw for house keeping. 3 hours a day once a week

Total pm £1,237.50

Your room is a cosy double. It has lots of storage, its clean, bright, has two large sky light windows, located at the back side of the apartment so its very quiet all the time.

It's a special house and a unique setup. We are all working professionals. I'm Irish, 37 yr old and work in film. Jimena is Mexican, 31 yr old, works in law. Rob is from south UK, 31 yr old and works in finance.

We want someone who is in full time employment on a long term basis. We are not excepting students. We want someone who is working in the office five days a week, respectful, fun, clean, tidy, easy going and likes to get out and about. Most importantly all three of us treat this house as our home and you should also want to feel the same way about it :)

It's not a party house. We keep the place very tidy. Kamila our lovely house keeper comes in once a week and collectively we keep it spotless.
