Looking for a flatmate in my Nottinghill apartment

I am a 25 year old professional working in fashion, I have lived in the flat for 3 years with my sausage dog called Toast and have the best landlord you can ask for.

My bestfriend is moving out in August after having lived together for 3 years, and so looking for someone to replace her tenancy.

Located in Cambridge Gardens, Nottinghill. It is a beautiful flat with high ceilings, large windows and fabulous living space. The room to be moved into is a double room with large window and space for a desk. For clothing space, the hallway of the flat has extensive cupboards that you would have exclusive use of, including hanging space and multiple shelvings within.

I am not in the flat very often due to travelling, so I currently am there around 1 night a week, this will be with my 3 year old sausage dog toast, who loves people and a cuddle! She is very laid back and super easy going.
