My flatmate is moving away from London so I'm looking for someone to take over her room!
The flat is in Notting Hill right by Portobello Road (right in front of the weekend vintage markets and food stalls) and a 2 minute walk from the tube (Ladbroke Grove so on Circle, Hammersmith & City) and both a Tesco and Sainsbury, so the location can't be beat. There's also a gym right across the street. We're on the ground floor (but raised off the street) and share a garden with our downstairs neighbor.
The lease is on a year-long basis from 23 September, with the option to move in a week earlier if that's convenient!
A bit about me: I'm 23 years old, originally from the Czech Republic but came to the UK for university. I work in consulting, and in my free time I love anything creative or sporty and spending time out with my friends.
Looking for someone who's clean and friendly:) Students welcome but if you're not in full-time work the landlord requires a guarantor/six months rent as a down payment.

Utilites (WiFi, gas & electricity) ~ £60pm
Water bill is issued yearly
