Sunny Double Room in Notting Hill

I’m leaving my wonderful flat after a year and a half to move for a new job, and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy!

The room: A double facing the park, meaning there’s sunshine all day long. It’s not visible in the pictures, but there is space for a large wardrobe opposite the window. The room is unfurnished; however, I’d be interested in working out a deal for some of the furniture if that would be helpful. Bills come to about £120 per month.

The flat: There is a shared bathroom, living room, and massive kitchen. There are large windows throughout the flat, so we’re lucky to have sunlight all day! All of the pictured furniture in the kitchen and living room (except for the bureau) will be staying in the flat.

The area: This flat is perfectly placed for Portobello and Golborne market, with a plethora of cute cafes and independent shops within a 5 minute walk. There are many bus stops nearby and Ladbroke Grove station is just under 10 minutes away on foot.

Current household: My flatmate (28F, very clean, and a lovely person) will be staying in the flat. We met through SpareRoom last year, and it’s been great living with her!

Move-in date: 9 November
