A sizeable single room is available to rent in a four-bedroom flat. Westbourne Park station is an 8-10 minutes walk, and Notting Hill is 15 minutes away. The closest bus stop is a 30-second walk with connections to central London within 30 minutes.

The room comes with a large single bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, two small chests of drawers and a full-length mirror. The house has a spacious shared living, dining, kitchen and balcony space. There are two toilets (one with a bath) to share. The house has been recently renovated, and all the furnishings in the house are new. The bills are not included in the monthly rent and are usually between £80-130 a month.
