Double room in stunning flat in Notting Hill

Hi! We’re two Spanish girls in our twenties (Patri & Jim) who’ve been in London for over 5 years, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely two-story flat. The flat has an open kitchen/living room, loads of natural light, and the available bedroom is actually the biggest one in the flat!

Bills come around £150 per month!

A bit about us: Patri works in fashion PR and I (Jim) work in social media. Our routine is usually work, gym and going out to dinner with friends. We love having movie nights or sharing dinner together, but we also value our personal space/time. Every now and then we’ll host a couple of friends, but this isn’t a party flat, it’s very much a cozy home.

We’d love to find someone who feels the same: not just looking for “a room,” but a place to call home. Someone who’s up for a chat, dinner, or night in together, and who’ll add to the warm vibe we already have.

Sometimes we work from home but we usually work from the office, so looking for someone that has the same work balance.
