I'm helping my parents find a respectful and considerate tenant for a furnished room in their quiet, family home in the heart of Notting Hill (W10).

About the Room & Home:
· Your Room: A furnished double bedroom, and a lock on the door for your privacy and security, with a ring doorbell too.

· Shared Amenities: You will have access to the shared family spaces, which include a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two toilets and two showers—ensuring plenty of convenience for everyone.

The Household:
The home is occupied by my retired parents and my two youngest siblings (a brother and a sister both university students). It's a calm and established household with a total of 4 occupants.

Ideal Tenant:
We are ideally looking for a female professional or graduate student who would appreciate a quiet, friendly, and stable living environment.

Location & Rent:
Location: The house is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of Notting Hill Gate, Westfield Shopping Centre, and Portobello Road and surrounding areas.

Rent: £850 per month, inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, and WiFi).
