Huge Room with En-Suite (London, W10)

I will be moving abroad in January and my room (with en-suite) will be available around 5th January 2026 (some flexibility with dates).

The Room: Absolutely huge, as you can see from the pics! I have 3 wardrobes, a double bed, bench and squat rack and there is still plenty of space. The room comes with its own en-suite - bath and shower.

The House: Genuinely enormous.
- Huge Living room with glass windows covering two sides - 3 sofas, lounge chairs, desk, dining table, large TV etc. (perfect for movie nights!).
- Separate kitchen with additional dining area (also huge) - dishwasher, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer and all your usual appliances.
- Downstairs toilet.
- Huge wrap-around courtyard garden.
- Garage.

The Area: Portobello road is a short 12 min walk from the house and the surrounding area is beautiful. The house itself is on a cul-de-sac, so no loud cars or traffic. Kensington Memorial Park is right behind the house and offers a beautiful green space to run or relax in the summertime.

Transport: Both Latimer Road and Ladbroke Grove stations are less than 10 min walk from the house.

Flatmates: You will be sharing with two lovely guys (Matt and Jeff) and one lovely girl (Mes) – all professionals. Everyone is super friendly and kind. We like to get together for the occasional movie night, or catch-up while cooking, otherwise we all have plenty of our own space and everyone is super respectful of each other. These guys are really sound and I could not have asked for a more chilled out environment for the last 2.5 years (perfect for coming home from a hectic working day in London).

Rent is currently £902 each (this may increase slightly).
Bills are typically ~£150.
