A cozy, bright, furnished double room available from 13th June in our friendly 4-bed house, just a 1-minute walk from Latimer Road Station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines). Long-term tenant preferred.

Three friendly housemates: one woman (half-English/Colombian, 27) and two men (Brazilian, 32 and Italian, 30)

Everyone is relaxed, clean, and respectful. We often spend time together, especially on weekends.

Looking for a friendly, sociable, tidy person who will fit well with the house.

We would prefer a housemate who does not smoke.

Pets are not allowed

Rent & Bills

£975 per month (all bills included)

Cleaner: £8,5 per week per person (not included in rent)
