My lovely current flatmate is moving back to her home, so I'm looking for someone new to share this fantastic flat in Notting Hill.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with it's built in storage cupboard. The flat is a bright, modern apartment with a beautiful open-plan living and kitchen space. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the flat with natural light, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind.

The flat also has a large private balcony, perfect for morning coffee, summer dinners or the occasional barbecue. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and there's one spacious shared bathroom.

The location is hard to beat:

- 7-minute walk to Latimer Road Station (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines)
- 10-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Station (Central line)
- Westfield London is just a 10-minute walk away
- Co-op is only 2 minutes away, with Lidl, Waitrose and M&S all within a 10-minute walk
- Gym, Vue Cinema and plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops are all nearby
- Portobello Road and Holland Park are both around a 15-minute walk

It's a quiet residential area while still being incredibly well connected.

About me -I'm an Employability Consultant and regularly travel to the Midlands for work and to visit family, so I'm not always around. I'm friendly, clean and easy-going, love dancing, nights out, comedy shows and enjoy a good catch-up, but also really value respecting each other's space and privacy.

I'm looking for someone similar—clean, considerate, sociable and just overall considerate and easy to live with. Someone who's happy to have a chat, maybe movie nights or go for drinks and appreciates a calm and relaxed home.

- £1,365 per month
- Approximately £150 per month for all. bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and fast broadband).

My flatmate is flexible on the move-in date. Ideally, we're looking for someone to move in around 25th August but can be earlier or later in September.
