Beautiful Single Room Available on Portobello Road

I'm looking for someone to come and rent out one of the rooms in a 3 bed property located just off of Ladbroke Grove/Portobello Road.
I'm looking for someone to rent the room during the week (5 days max).
I'm a songwriter / artist / teacher and my flatmate is a film maker. We're fun, warm people, we're very clean and tidy and have busy schedules.
It'd be great to get a fellow creative in who's looking to have a base in London for a few days a week / someone who lives with their partner some days a week and needs their own space.
