Huge Bright Room in Notting Hill

Hi I am moving out of my room in a 3 bed 1 bath flat in Notting Hill at the end of November and looking for someone to replace me!

The flat is about a 8 min walk to ladbroke grove station (hammersmith and circle lines), 10 min walk to holland park station (central line).

The room comes with a king bed, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a couple of nightstands and has its own small private balcony attached as well as a larger shared balcony at the front of the flat. There is also a shared living room with a sitting area and dining table. The kitchen has a washer, dishwasher and a big fridge.

You would be living with two other guys, one a PhD student at Imperial and the other a working professional. Both are in their mid to late 20s and are sociable.

Bills are not included and about 60 gbp on top of the rent every month.
