Room in spacious 3-bed Notting Hill

I'm sadly moving out of this 2-storey 3-bed 2-bath flat with my friends (Katie and Mathilde).

The room available is the smallest of the three for £967pcm (bill roughly around £150pcm). The flat is spread across two floors, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and the three rooms and two bathrooms upstairs.

The flat has a spacious living room with dining table and a balcony on main Notting Hill Gate Road, large kitchen with all appliances. The flat gets a lot of natural light and has big windows in all rooms.

The bedroom includes double bed and closet.

All amenities close by (Tesco, M&S, Waitrose and Boots are literally right underneath our building) and a WholeFoods 5mins walk away. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Both Hyde Park & Holland Park are a walk away (10-15 minutes) and Notting Hill Gate (Central, District and Circle lines) station is under a 5min walk away.

Katie:
Hi! I’m Katie, and I’m 27 and originally from Georgia in the US, but I’ve been living in London for the past five years. I moved here to get my master’s at LSE and have been working here ever since.

I have a standard corporate job in the international development space and usually go into the office three times a week. I love reading and spending my weekends exploring London, especially going on long walks and discovering new parks and neighbourhoods around the city. I’m also always on the lookout for a new sweet treat to try! I go home to the US fairly often, but I’m also trying to prioritise travelling around Europe more on the weekends.

Mathilde:
Hello there! My name is Mathilde, I am 27 years old. I originate from the French-speaking countryside of Belgium, but have moved around since my late teens and I have been firmly settled in London for the past five years.

I have a standard corporate job, and while I used to go to the office regularly, since an ankle fracture in July 2026, I have mostly worked from home.

I love nineteenth-century French novels, 1960s Italian films, and German orchestral music and opera. I often go to the theatre and have a membership to most of the city’s museums. I am very sociable, and will never refuse an offer to go to the restaurant or to have cocktails.
