Large double bedroom in a Notting Hill Mews House

Hello! We’re Tom, Jezz and Peggy. Tom and Jezz are a married couple, and Peggy is our housemate.

We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our lovely three-bedroom mews house from November onwards.

The room is a large, furnished double bedroom, with access to a bathroom shared with Peggy. There is also a separate toilet on the same floor.

On the top floor is the kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto a lovely terrace overlooking the mews. It’s a great spot for a morning coffee, a bit of fresh air or a glass of wine in the evening.

Location-wise, we’re just a five-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station and moments from all the buzz of Notting Hill, with its great cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops. Despite being so well located, the house is tucked away on a private, gated, no-through mews street, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

We’re a calm, considerate and tidy household who enjoy having our own space and keeping the home relaxed, but we’re also sociable and up for a chat or exploring a bit more of London together.

We’d love to find someone who would enjoy making this house their home, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming a new person into the mix.
