We are looking for a professional female flatmate, who are seeking easygoing, relax and calm home, not party place.

Flat is 10 mins walking from White City tube ( central line, hammersmith and city or circle line) and 10 mins walking from Portobello street (Ladbroke grove, Notting hill).
Next to home there is a bus stop too ( bus 7,70,72,220) for easy central and Kensington transport.

We are renting a double room- price is 180 pounds per week with all bills included.
Deposit is 2 weeks - 360 pounds.

Flat is modern, clean, with friendly, open-minded professionals.
In the flat you will find 2 double size rooms plus a single, separate room as a living room with big tv, full equipment kitchen, and toilet with bath and shower.
Double size room is available to rent asap for contract of minimum 1 year.
You will share the flat with 2 professionals working in fashion and professional hospitality industry.

Flat is located in great area, just next to the park, big Tesco, short walking distance from tube, Portobello Market and Shepherd’s Bush Market.
