The bathroom has a bath and shower. The eat in kitchen is well equipped and has stable doors leading out onto the front balcony which looks over Golborne Rd.

Cool in summer and warm in winter, quiet, safe and homely, the rooms have plenty of shelving, big windows which look out over London, the greenery of Meanwhile Gardens and the canal.

The flat is in a great location just 5 minutes walk from WESTBOURNE PARK TUBE STATION (CIRCLE AND HAMMERSMITH AND CITY LINE).
LANDBROKE TUBE STATION is also nearby and there are plenty of buses - so great transport links. There is a parade of shops including a BIG supermarket(Sainsbury) right next to the flat, and a pub just across the road(very nice).
It's at the end of the well-known PORTOBELLO ROAD 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk from NOTTING HILL TUBE STATION (CENTRAL LINE).
