NB I am not offering a flat share: this is a room in my flat, where I live. I work from home as a freelance editor, so I am looking for someone who is generally out at work every day.
The room would suit a non-smoking, professional female looking for a pleasant and convenient central London base.
Rent £700 per calendar month, payable in advance, includes all utility bills (except phone), council tax, and wi-fi. A Deposit of £500 is required on signing the Agreement.
