Short term ( nothing hill gate) from 13th july

I have a cozy single room available for rent. The room includes a small living area with a sofa and dining table, a single bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. The location is convenient; it is a 10- to 12-minute walk to Notting Hill Gate Station (Central Line) and a 10-minute walk to Westbourne Park Station (District or Circle Line). There are also 24-hour transport options available, with a bus stop right next to our building. Additionally, it's just a 5-minute walk to Portobello Market, which is perfect for Sunday strolls and shopping.

Currently, there are two boys living in the apartment, but one will be leaving soon to embark on a new chapter in his life. I need to find a clean, tidy, and easy-going flatmate to replace him for a duration of up to 4 weeks only. It is important that the new person respects the house rules.
