Notting Hill Double Room – £700 pcm

We're looking for a friendly and considerate third housemate to join us in our home in Notting Hill.

The room comes with a bed and wardrobe, and the flat is conveniently located near Notting Hill Gate station, with access to the Central, Circle and District lines. Rent is £700 per month, excluding bills, with total monthly costs estimated at around £850–£900 depending on usage.

We're a couple aged 25 and 27, both easy-going and working towards creating a calm, clean and comfortable home. We enjoy socialising occasionally but aren't big party or drinking people. We value a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy spending time together while also having their own space.

As the kitchen and bathroom are shared, we're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, other people's belongings and personal boundaries. Good communication and mutual respect are important to us.

Ideally, we'd like someone with a similar lifestyle who is looking for a longer-term home, preferably for 6-12 months or longer. The preferred move-in period is 16th January or 16th February 2027.
