Description
Greetings Earthlings!
I’m looking for a friendly and nice housemate to share a maisonette with a garden, and a big living room and medium-sized kitchen.
Your room is a nice big double room (approx. 12 by 8.5 ft)with a nice big window, a double bed and a walk in wardrobe (I mean, you can walk into it, but you wouldn’t walk very far. It doesn’t lead to Narnia.)
Nunhead is a cute part of town, with some great pubs including Skehans, a popular Irish pub that’s heaving on the weekend. Peckham Rye is within a 20 minute walk or a bus away. Queens Road Peckham is about 15 mins walk. Nunhead station is about 8mins leisurely walk from the house, and there are trains from there to Victoria and King’s Cross, Blackfriars, central.
My name’s Barry, I’m 42, an English language teacher and film/comic/book-nerd.
I’m generally neat and tidy and looking for someone considerate to share with, who likes their own space but also hanging out of occasion to go to a pub quiz or have a film night.
Bills ( gas, elec, water, broadband and council tax B) will be split equally each month. The house retains the heat quite well even in the coldest days of Winter.
So write me asap and we can arrange a viewing.
Best of luck with your searches,
Barry
