The house has a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet/shower also, big living room area and garden. There is free street parking available also. There is some storage space under the stairs and I have a shed in the garden you can also utilise.

5 min walk to Nunhead station (fast link to london bridge)
7 min walk to Queens Road Peckham overground

There is a tesco express and a co op both 5 mins walk away and some nice pubs and restaurants in the area also close by.

rent: £1100.00 pcm
bills: £153 - includes water, gas/electric, council tax & internet
Available: 12th April - 1 year tenancy

My name is Gemma, I am 35, I manage a gym in Shoreditch and work full time Tuesday - Saturday. I have a ginger cat called Wesley that lives with me who is very friendly and will love to lay with you on a blanket. I like fitness/wellbeing, nature, and would love to live with someone that is easy going, is happy to live with a cat and likes to have a chat :) Female preferred!
