The house, is across the road from the amazing Peckham Rye Park, which boasts basketball courts and an outdoor gym. Great for walks in the specially curated gardens or by the duck pond or just hanging out at the coffee house/cafe..
The kitchen has all ‘white’ goods in place including microwave and toaster plus other modcons.
The lounge is available to use on a booking system in case someone wants to privately entertain. It has most major streaming apps Netflix, Disney Apple TV etc equipped with cinema screen and surround sound.
I do have a very well behaved cat but please note if you’re allergic etc.
We usually all chip in to hire a cleaner twice a month but general cleaning up after yourself is required.
Bus stops for routes 343/484 and convenience store are seconds away. Close to Nunhead rail station (about 15 minutes’ walk) and a bus ride from Brockley/Honor Oak Park or East Dulwich/Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye rail stations. One bus takes you to Elephant and Castle underground station or New Cross Gate station.
There is free on-road parking!
The room would suit a professional working normal Full time hours away from home as opposed to WFH. Lodgers are expected to be at work Mon-Fri for 35hrs a week or similar. The deposit is one months' security plus the first months' rent.
