👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is employed and able to pass the required referencing.

Someone who works shifting/rotating schedules would be preferred, as working from home is not permitted.

📋 REFERENCING REQUIREMENTS

Referencing must be successfully completed before the room can be offered.

You will need to provide:

* 6 months of bank statements
* Payslips
* Proof of employment

* 1 month’s deposit if employed
* 3 months’ deposit if self-employed
