3 Bedrooms flat, with 2 large double bedrooms available all with high quality bed and mattress, chest of drawers, and wardrobes. It’s all wooden floors with all mod cons, including washing machine dishwasher etc.
Large open plan living room and kitchen, which leads out to a balcony. Large Modern shared bathroom. Floor heating.

Bills (approximately £360 per month including council tax, electricity, water, internet broadband). Council Tax Band D.
All tenants will be under the same contract. £2600 total for the whole flat.
The views are spectacular and the outside space, both within the flat and the shared gardens. It's positioning is situated right next to the Olympic park, canals, coffee shops and the greenway.

The Landlord:
We are the landlord and manage the property ourselves. We always look to be fair and seek to respond to any issues quickly.
There will be referencing, and a deposit of 5 weeks rent which will be put into the Openrent organised deposit protection scheme.

I'm Vivian 39 am Greek, NHS working professional. Social and laid back person, respectful and very clean. I am looking for a long-term flatmate to share this cosy, peaceful flat. I value a relaxed and respectful living environment and am looking for someone who feels the same.

You:
We are looking for people who are not WFH more than 2 days a week. No pets, no couples. I'm sorry.
You must be working fulltime with minimum income £30,000 per annum.
This is not a party house. The ideal flatmate would be very clean and tidy, considerate, and open-minded. Age between 28-46 years old. Any gender, race, sexual orientation is welcome ;-)
