Victoria Park - best view in London

Hey - I'm leaving so you will be living with my flatmate (who's lovely). Seriously amazing view from the balcony overlooking the bridge and the canal directly Victoria Park. 

You're about 30 seconds from walking around the park, 2 min from working in the glass screened coffee shop right inside, 15 min walk along the canal to the food markets in broadway or hackney wick, or a 10 min bus to Brick Lane and Colombia Road (the bus picks up right outside the flat). 

Tube lines I bus too. It's worth the luxury of spending all your time at the park and walking along the canals. 5 min - 10 min ride gets you to Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney Wick, or London Fields. West Ham stadium and Olympic Park are at the end of the road.

The London skyline (gherkin, shard, Liverpool street) are in perfect view over the water from the balcony. Canary Wharf can be seen clearly from your room. 

Normal living situation inside. Word on the street is that I nailed it decorating the place 🤙 but you can be the judge of that I guess. Your room is normal, already has a bed and room for a desk and wardrobe etc if you want to wfh. Already taken care of the wifi xbox, bills, etc.

I go to the Puregym (don't judge) along the canal which makes getting to the gym legitimately easier it's a beautiful 5 min walk. Pubs all around but the best ones on the park, Hackney Wick is absolutely lively pretty much everyday of the week if you're going out. Great food, great vibes in the east.

Flatmate is a wonderful 30 y. o Scottish guy who works in tech, loves music and biking everywhere. Never caused any problems before and is super clean and respectful.
