We are looking for a new roomie to join our flat family! After five years our existing flatmate is moving on, and we’re excited to find a new potential bestie to hang out with.

ABOUT US

We are two social media professionals who have lived in London for the past 3-5 years. We both wfh 3 days a week and enjoy hanging out in the evenings and weekends. We do have our own social circles but very much live as friends, not just a house share.

We enjoy hosting but equally go out to socialise - we love to have chilled drinks, movie nights and kitchen karaoke. We are veggie/vegan and are hoping to keep the house meat-free if possible!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone clean and considerate of others who we can have a laugh with, who is looking to enjoy London life! We have been here a while and like the flat to feel like a home, so it would be lovely to find someone with the same mindset.

We rotate cleaning once a week and share custody of the house plants.

ABOUT THE FLAT

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living area and deck accessible from the room. The bed is now on the other side of the room to the images above, so there is access to the balcony door. You would share a large bathroom with one other flatmate.

The flat is furnished by us (except white goods) but the bedroom does come with a mattress and clothing rail. As this room doesn’t have a built in wardrobe, you will have full use of a hallway cupboard just outside your bedroom door. Please note there is nowhere for bike storage inside the flat.

THE LOCATION

The area is safe and up and coming with lots of young families and small businesses. We are perfectly located near Victoria Park, tube stations and bus routes as well as cafes and shops.

Our closest station is Mile End (10 minute walk) with Bow Church and Bethnal Green also nearby. There are buses running from right outside the flat towards Shoreditch, Hackney, Stratford, and central, day and night.

COST BREAKDOWN

The cost of the room is £815 a month. Bills are not included, but are approx. £110 a month including water, gas, council and wifi. References and proof of finances (or a guarantor) are needed for the estate agents.
