Renting a large room within a 3 bed warehouse in Hackney Wick located right in front of the canal. All bills and wifi included.
Room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a sofa, a desk and TV, a clothes rack and a check of drawers.

There is a large shared living room and kitchen with a projector screen, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a WC.
You would be sharing with 3 more people, two men and a woman (jeweller, event manager, builder). This is a lively household where friends are around and welcome, there is also an event space on the top floor that operates till 2 am over weekends so there will be some noise on occasion.
Ideal for people working in hospitality, and/or familiar with the quirkiness of the area!
