New year, new flat?

Hello there people! Fancy some new digs for the new year? Well don't we have the best option for you! We have one bedroom becoming available in our 3 bedroom flat that is literally right beside (and overlooking) Victoria Park.

Available: 27 February 2025
Contract: You will need to sign onto our lease for one year (so only apply if you can pass reference checks)
Money per month: Rent = £842.40 plus Bills = £132.00 (roughy)
Deposit: £851 (this may go up slightly)
Furnishings: Comes with a bed and built in wardrobe. Other furnishings may be purchased
Bathroom: You share a bathroom with one other

The people
Zoe - works in the charity sector. Very outgoing, loves a marathon and calms herself with baking (so get ready to put on weight). She has lived here for three years.
Tommie - works in construction so is extremely helpful around the house... honestly, you've never seen lightbulbs changed or things fixed as quickly as in this place.
Myself - works in events. Not as practical but am a trained Geography teacher so helpful in some (not all) pub quizzes. Both myself and Tommie have been here for a year.

The ideal candidate
To match us we are looking for someone in their late 20s, early 30s, who likes the place where they live as their home. Clean and considerate, whose up for a chat and chill but has their own social realm. We have a cleaner once a week but we do keep the flat clean for the remainder of the time. The three of us are Kiwis but that is by chance and by no means a requirement. We like to party but we don't do it in our flat. It's our sanctuary from the bustling London life.
