Hello! We have one bedroom becoming available in our 3 bedroom flat that is literally right beside (and overlooking) Victoria Park.

Available: 18 May 2025
Contract: You will need to sign onto our lease for the remainder (10 months) (so only apply if you can pass reference checks). You'll also need to pay £50 to change names on the contract.
Rent: £783
Bills: £141 (WiFi, gas, electricity, weekly cleaner)
Deposit: £851 (this may go up slightly)
Furnishings: Comes with a bed and 2 bedside tables. Other furnishings may be purchased.
Bathroom: You share a bathroom with one other

The people
Hannah - civil servant, has lived in East London for years and is very crafty. Recently moved into the flat.
Tommie - works in construction so is extremely helpful around the house... honestly, you've never seen lightbulbs changed or things fixed as quickly as in this place.
Anna - works in events. Not as practical but am a trained Geography teacher so helpful in some (not all) pub quizzes. Both Anna and Tommie have been here for a year.

The ideal candidate
To match us we are looking for someone in their late 20s, early 30s, in full-time employment, who likes the place where they live as their home. Clean and considerate, whose up for a chat and chill but has their own social realm. We have a cleaner once a week but we do keep the flat clean for the remainder of the time. We like to party but we don't do it in our flat. It's our sanctuary from the bustling London life.

I'm moving out to live with my partner otherwise I would stay in this gorgeous flat! I've lived in the flat for 4 years and have loved every second of it. The location is absolutely unmatched.
