Subletting my room in cute little house on Fish Island in Hackney wick!

Dates: 4th of February to 15th of March (flexible)

📍Located in Hackney Wick Warehouse area (Fish Island), 10min walking to Hackney Wick Station, 10min to Pudding Mill Lane (DLR), 20min walk to Westfield Stratford
🚲We also have our own bike rack right by the house

💷Rent: £730, including bills- no deposit needed! House comes with a communal kitchen, including microwave, washing machine, large fridge and food storage space
🚫No benefits allowed unfortunately
🪜Accessibility: the house is on the ground floor and there are two steps to enter the house. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and the room itself is located on the ground floor, not accessible with a wheel chair
🛏️The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 beside tables, clothing rail and drawers which will be emptied for you. A massive mirror and huge desk ideal for someone who wants to WFH. The room has a window that can be opened, we are far from any high street so it's really quiet despite being in the warehouse area, permanent room on a rolling contract
