We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat, as my partner and I are moving out.

3 bedrooms (one used as a dedicated home office)

1.5 bathrooms (main bathroom + separate WC)

Modern open-plan kitchen/dining/living room – great for cooking, relaxing, or sharing a meal

Located in a modern complex with lots of natural light throughout

✨ The Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with one existing flatmate, a 37-year-old Masters student who is friendly, respectful, and easy-going.

✨ Who We’re Looking For
We’d love someone who is:

A professional (or mature student)

Clean, polite, and considerate of shared spaces

Friendly but also respectful of everyone’s privacy

✨ The Details
Rent: £1,250 per month (all bills included)

Ideally looking for someone to commit to 12 months, but happy to consider a 6-month stay
