Lovely large room in Hackey Wick

I am looking to move out of my lovely flat at the end of May/ early June. I am buying a flat and don't have my completion date yet, but will soon!

It's a first floor large duplex flat (yes it has an upstairs and downstairs!) It’s got a huge open plan living room, dinner and kitchen. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one girl (it has a bath and brilliant water pressure, as well as another toilet room downstairs, yes 2 loos!) It has a large balcony that gets the morning sun, and has bike storage.

I may be able to also sell some bedroom furniture to you. I have a big tall chest of draws and a clothes rail, it will come with the bed (mattress is mine) and a nice big open wardrobe.

Cat is amazing, my room mate. She's actually a friend, one of the loveliest, sweeties people I know, I am sad to leave. But I am moving in with my partner, and new horizons await! We like chilling in the evenings, watching some trash TV together, cooking gorgeous food and sharing and wine stories. We often go to the pub at the weekend and like a dance now and again.

The room is huge and bright, with floor to ceiling windows. I have a king size bed in there, my desk, dressing table, 2 chests of draws and a large open plan wardrobe and still space to do yoga.

Like I said, move in is pretty flexible so please let me know your preferences and what's going on with you.

My house mate Cat will also eventually leave, and have someone takeover her tenancy too. She wont be able to consider moving until later in the summer. So if you have a mate moving to London....they could also take the other room eventually.

We would need full references and we'd need to swap deposits, if we decide to go ahead we'd do it all above board and through the estate agent.
