Fabulous Riverside Flat (month let)

Available to share with me and my friendly little Chihuahua, C. J.

The flat is on the fourth floor in a gated development overlooking a canal and sits on the apex of a river and the canal. We are between Victoria and Queen Elizabeth Parks. There is a local shop beside us, a couple of bars, a lovely gallery/cafe and cafes and restaurants on the river. The area is home to lots of artists, hence it's easy vibe.

The nearest station is Hackney Wick. It's three minutes to Stratford one way and twelve minutes to Highbury and Islington the other way.

The apartment is over 1000sq ft, two bedrooms, wooden floors and two tiled bathrooms. The kitchen area has a washer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped kitchen area.

The available bedroom is big with lots of storage and natural light, especially in the morning.

We have a brand new municipal gym five minutes walk away and the Olympic aquatics centre is the nearest swimming pool. We also have a huge shopping centre ten minutes walk away.

I see my home as my sanctuary. It's not a party flat, but it's nice to have the occasional meal together or a cuppa to de-compress from London Life.
