Lovely room to rent by Victoria Park SHORT TERM

This is a lovely room in a new build flat, based just on the canal by Victoria Park, £800 everything included.

I'm looking to fill my room whilst I go away for a month. I would love to have someone stay for the entire time (November 1st-30th) however I'm very open to the idea of someone staying for a shorter period within that time frame.

You would be living with my lovely flatmate Jackie, who works full time, is very chilled and great to live with. We're looking for someone who is chilled, considerate, clean and tidy. In general we like to keep it a bit of a peaceful and quiet sanctuary from busy schedules.

The room is a small double with a large window that opens right up, you'd have storage space- drawers under the bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. The flat has heating, washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Jackie has an en suite bathroom so you would have the main bathroom to yourself- bath and shower.

This is a non smoking flat, but there is a very nice sized balcony which you are more then welcome to smoke on.

The nearest tube station is Mile End which is about a 15/20 minute walk. Or you can get the number 8 bus (there's a bus stop across the road from our flat- 3 min walk) which goes to Bethnal Green, Liverpool Street and ends at Tottenham Court Road.

Roman Road is 5 minutes away with lots of small grocers and shops and of course the Roman Road Market.
