Glass room in decked area of garden so more fresh living space :) for workouts or Chilling after work.
2)Less than 5 mins and you are on Regents canal, Victoria park, if you fancy a run or evening on the canal.
3)No smoking in the house but you can use garden.
4)Great location 20 mins on cycle to city, I cycle to Canary Wharf in less than 20 mins(3 Barclays cycle docks @ 5-7 min walk).

Vegans/Veggies preferred.
