The flat is very modern, spacious and airy, with an open-plan kitchen and living room and an outdoor balcony space, plus a washer-dryer, dishwasher and fast broadband. The building has lift access, a communal roof terrace with amazing views, a concierge service and complex security with fob access. There's a coffee shop and small supermarket on-site, plus a Simply Fresh down the road.
🚇 It's a 10- to 15-minute walk to both Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line and Overground) and North Acton (Central line). There are also bus stops nearby for East Acton, North Acton, Westfield White City, Acton and Hammersmith.
💰 Rent is £1,150 and council tax, electricity, TV licence, water supply and internet are around £150 per month each. Heating/hot water is normally £25–30 extra and we top up online as needed.
