Holiday sublet – Regent’s Canal, London

Hello! I’m going away for the holidays and looking to sublet my room for 10 days to 2 weeks, starting around 20 or 21 December.

The flat is in a beautiful location right in front of Regent’s Canal, within a secure gated community. It also has a private garden overlooking the canal, perfect for relaxing outside. We even have a canoe and paddle if you’re feeling adventurous.

The flat includes:

2 bathrooms
Fully furnished with everything you need
Private garden with outdoor chairs
AC and fan
Porter Monday to Friday
Secure gated community
A very cute and very chunky cat

You’ll be sharing with one lovely, easygoing female flatmate.

Women preferred.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and considerate who will look after the space while I’m away. It’s a calm home, so no big parties or frequent guests, please.

Location and transport:

Walking distance to Old Street, Angel and Barbican
A few minutes’ walk to the Barbican area
Walking distance to Shoreditch
Bus 205 stops almost in front of the building and goes to Marylebone in under 25 minutes
Very central, yet quiet
Lots of great restaurants, cafés and local pubs nearby

Bills:

Council tax included
£15/month for internet
Electricity is around £60/month during winter on average, but this will depend on how much heating you use.
