Lovely 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms flat in Old Street

Looking for one flatmate to join my flat in Old Street from the beginning of July as my current flatmate has purchased her own flat.
Hello, I'm Marilena and I am originally from Italy. I work as Corporate Receptionist in Central London and I work in the office Monday to Friday.
In my spare time I like going to art exhibitions, theatre, trying new restaurants, bars, reading, walking and going to the gym.
The flat is fully furnished, and in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from Old Street Station. There is also a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk, very close to the flat.
Room is lovely, it is a sunny, spacious double bedroom which comes with a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. You will have your own bathroom as my room is ensuite.
Bills come around 218 pounds (for each tenant) per month and rent is 1185 per month. Tenancy can be renewed on the 5th of March 2027, we have an year contract. Everything will go through estate agents who will require a reference check of the new tenant.
I am looking for someone who would like to have a chat but is equally happy doing their own things.
I appreciate a home that's peaceful, clean, tidy and well-cared for, sorry no party flat, so I am looking for a like minded person who is friendly, considerate, respectful and trustworthy.
The flat would suit a person who likes having an healthy lifestyle, non smoker and no drugs. Also only single occupants, no couples.
The house would work best for someone who doesn't work from home full time or who works from home once a week.
