Hi! I'm looking for one easygoing housemate to share my flat with me and Olivia, my little Cavalier.

The flat
It's a new build, so everything actually works: the flat has its own balcony, and the building comes with a ground-floor courtyard, a rooftop terrace, and a secure bike store if you cycle.

Getting around
7 minutes' walk to Old Street station
10 minutes to Hoxton Overground
15–20 minute walk (or a 5-minute Lime) to Liverpool Street and Moorgate — ideal if you work in the City
Buses straight to London Bridge, Waterloo, King's Cross and the West End if you'd rather skip the tube

The area
We're on a quiet residential street, which is the best of both worlds: peaceful at home, but with cafes and vibey local pub at the end of the road as well as a short walk away from everything Shoreditch does well — food, coffee, pubs, markets. Shoreditch Park and the Regent's Canal are both a 5-minute walk, so morning runs and long Sunday canal walks are on the doorstep.

Who I'm after
Someone friendly, tidy and respectful of shared space. I'm happy to be sociable, happy to leave you to it — whatever suits. Dog-friendly is essential - Olivia is about as low-maintenance as a dog gets — mostly a small sleepy cushion with ears — but you'd need to be happy having her around.
