The flat is ideally located short walk from from Old Street station, 15 mins walk from Liverpool Street/Moorgate and walking distance for the City.
You have a double bedroom and private bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The flat has a spacious shared living room/kitchen area.
You would be sharing with Martin, a young professional from France. Martin often travels to Paris so you often have the place for yourself at weekends.
Bonus points if you're a French speaker 🇫🇷 (although not essential)
Place would be available end of October. (18th)
Person taking the room would have to earn 2.5x the rent for succesful change of sharer on the lease.
